Our host hotel (Tulsa Marriott) is almost sold out. Our overflow hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Midtown (2.5 miles & they have a shuttle service!). Late Registration Fee for SynGas 2017 ($445) starts 4/1/17.

Exhibitors will set up on Monday, April 24, 2017 from 8-4:30 p.m. Tear-down will be after the ice cream break on Wednesday - 4:00 p.m.

Expect great events - Monday's Welcome Reception & Tuesday's Tacos, Tequila & Tunes in the Exhibit Hall (both Monday & Tuesday) - 5:00-6:30 p.m.


Tuesday Morning kicks off with our - Celebrity Moderator Breakfast - 7:00-7:30 am in Silver Oak A - all moderators invited to this fun, interactive breakfast! Basic & Advanced Moderator Training will follow the breakfast & be located in Silver Oak B.


Bowen White, M.D. will be our opening Keynote Speaker with his presentation, "Why Normal Isn't Healthy." This is eye-opening insight & strategies to deal with stress in our daily lives.


Loren Scott, Ph.D. follows with his highly entertaining, fact packed presentation, "Trumponomics, OPEC & the price of Natural Gas." If you are wondering, "what's up with our industry" - this presentation is for you.


Wednesday will begin with Astronaut Mike Mullane & his "Countdown to Teamwork" presentation. Mike has riveting background examples of Safety & Teamwork that apply to you & your job. He is famous for the "Normalization of Deviance" concept & this presentation will capture you from the very first few moments.


Closing out our Keynote Speakers this year will be Ross Shafer. Ross will present, "Customer Urgency has Replaced Customer Service." Many companies are saying this is one of their main areas of focus this year. Ross is the perfect teacher to keep you up to date on the latest concepts of customer service.


We have excellent moderated educational sessions on both Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons.
These have grown exponentially over the last few years & we are so proud of our exceptional moderators. All of these sessions are detailed in the Show Guide to help with your selections of sessions to attend
